The NDG Live Tech website uses a third-party technical service to enable contact forms to be submitted.

5. Data Related to Audiovisual and Drone Services

In connection with audiovisual, event or drone services, NDG Live Tech may process photographs, videos and other images required to perform the mission.

Depending on the circumstances, these images may allow persons to be identified directly or indirectly and may therefore constitute personal data.

NDG Live Tech limits the collection and use of these images to what is necessary for the purpose of the service, applicable regulatory obligations and the uses agreed with the Client.

During a drone inspection, images may in particular show buildings, land, vehicles or surrounding elements. NDG Live Tech takes reasonable measures to avoid the unnecessary collection of data relating to third parties.

6. Google Analytics and Browsing Data

NDG Live Tech uses Google Analytics to better understand how the website is used, including the number of visits, pages viewed and certain technical information relating to the devices and browsers used.

Where legislation requires the user's consent, the relevant analytics technologies are used only in accordance with the choice expressed by the user through the cookie management system.
